Job Summary
Provide program coordination and administrative support to Neuropath Healthcare Solutions clients; interact with clients via telephone or email to offer support and information on products or services; collect and enter requests for new or additional services; manage case assignments and service scheduling; address client inquiries and complaints, escalating when needed; maintain client accounts and records of interactions; perform client satisfaction calls; participate in required in-service training and adhere to agency policies and procedures; requires EMR experience, healthcare/behavioral healthcare background, strong communication and multitasking skills, and bilingual ability in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole; associates degree required (Bachelor’s preferred); 1+ year experience; onsite Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm; temp-to-hire with potential for full-time after 90 days; benefits include PTO, health coverage and retirement plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least a year of relevant experience
- eClinical Works or similar EMR experience is required
- Must have experience in an office setting
- Onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role
- Medical scheduling experience is required
- Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required
