Job Summary
Bilingual Client Services Representative for New Accounts (Spanish/English) supporting the New Accounts team in a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote). Responsibilities include responding to client and sales inquiries about online account applications and documentation, assisting processing teams to obtain information for account approval, reviewing documentation related to new account applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to aid account approval and maintenance, identifying process improvements for the online application and account opening experience, and ensuring AML/KYC regulatory requirements are completed prior to account opening. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, excellent written/spoken Spanish & English, strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. FINRA licensing is preferred. Anticipated base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits including bonus, stock, and comprehensive health and retirement plans.
