Job Summary
Bilingual Client Services Representative operating in a hybrid Toronto-based role, handling English and French inquiries for financial advisors and investors. Responsibilities include providing insight and solutions for account, transactional, procedural, and product queries primarily over the phone, maintaining professionalism, and building positive rapport. Requires post-secondary education and financial services familiarity, 1–3 years in a contact centre, and strong communication skills in both languages. Must be able to navigate multiple applications, stay current on AGF products and policies, and participate in a collaborative team environment. Shifts are rotating, between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with three remote days and two days in the downtown Toronto office.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education completed and preferably Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC courses
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a contact centre role in financial services or fund company
- Excellent communication skills, listening and written skills in English and French
- Ability to navigate between different computer applications and multi-task while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
