Job Summary
Bilingual Client Service Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients and support group benefits administration. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, enrollments, terminations, amendments, salary/status changes with data entry into internal systems; interacting with insurance companies, clients, advisors, and plan members to provide information; maintaining client confidentiality; providing client service and administration support to Account Managers; conducting benefit plan administration training for clients; coordinating timely delivery of client materials; and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry, strong problem solving and communication skills, and fluency in French and English. Base salary offered between 55,000 and 60,000 CAD annually. Locations include Winnipeg, MB; Toronto, ON; Laval, QC in Canada. We value diversity and provide an inclusive, accessible environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry
- 2+ years of professional experience in a client focused environment with a commitment to service excellence
- Fluency in both French & English (written & verbal) is required
- Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field
