Requires strong verbal/written communication, active listening, ability to work independently, knowledge of medical terminology (preferably VetUp), and experience in customer care for veterinary settings. Proficiency in French and English is an asset; must ensure accurate medical records and adapt to diverse client needs. The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and professionalism in a remote, clinic-client liaison capacity.
