Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. Conduct regular facility inspections to verify cleanliness standards, train new hires on techniques and safety protocols, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and incidents. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary, and a valid driver's license is required.
