Job Summary
Bilingual Claims Service Representative (Overnight) supports a remote-based, full-time role serving policyholders reporting insurance claims. Responsibilities include reviewing call reports, forwarding complete documentation, providing high-quality customer service, coordinating dispatch of adjusters or vendor partners, handling branch inquiries, maintaining incident data for root-cause analysis, and determining next steps per client guidelines. Requires shift work on a seven-day rotating basis between 12AM–8AM, with initial training evenings, and full bilingual (French and English) proficiency. To work remotely, a reliable high-speed internet connection (min 50 Mbps upload/download) is required; this position offers Hybrid/Remote work opportunities in Mississauga, ON, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Knowledge of insurance/service industry or related experience preferred
- Strong computer and telephone skills with an aptitude to learn
- Effective communication skills in English and French
- Attention to detail
