Job Summary
Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist role combining administrative duties with hands-on patient care in an in-person clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering calls/emails, greeting patients, taking vitals, guiding patients through therapeutic activities, setting up therapy equipment, and supporting the chiropractor during treatments. Training is provided to complete Chiropractic Assistant certification/licensure in Maryland (CA license preferred if already obtained). Prior healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and patient-first mindset are essential; bilingual (Spanish-English) is highly preferred. Eligible applicants will undergo paid CA certification process and work while progress toward licensure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Clear communication: professional communication with patients, teammates, and providers
- Strong organizational habits for clinic operations
- Basic computer skills and learning medical systems (EHR)
