Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and connecting with families. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct skill-building and care plan implementation. This part-time role requires a 6-month commitment and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, with flexible Monday through Friday and weekend hours ideal for students. No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training is provided.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Ability to provide services in clients' homes or in community-based locations
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-5:30pm
- Willingness to work Saturday and Sunday: morning/afternoon
- Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
