Job Summary
Provide one-on-one developmental support to autistic children in home and/or center-based settings, focusing on building communication, social, and daily living skills through play and interactive activities. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and supervisors, track progress with notes and goal outcomes, and engage in evidence-based care within a family-centered model. Part-time schedule with after-school/evening hours or weekend shifts; training and mentorship are provided; eligible for pay increases and referrals. Eligible candidates may be students or graduates in education, psychology, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (must be 18+)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks (playing on floor for up to 2-3 hours, lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Strong communication skills with families and teammates
- Willingness to participate in paid training and supervision
