Job Summary
Sales Representative at Casey Auto Group, responsible for consultative selling of new and pre-owned vehicles, conducting professional demonstrations, following up with customers to build relationships, and guiding buyers through the sales process. Requires bilingual Spanish-speaking skills, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and a proactive, goal-driven attitude. Training is provided, with unlimited earning potential through base pay plus commissions. Reporting to the Sales Manager and participating in Casey Sales Training Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
