Support the Bariatrics group in West Orange, NJ by assisting physicians with patient care, managing clerical and organizational tasks, and providing clinical information. Accompany patients to exam rooms, facilitate transfers, collect specimens, and prepare for procedures while obtaining demographics and maintaining confidentiality. Perform screenings, monitor vital signs including blood pressure, and assist nurses with procedures. Handle incoming calls, relay instructions to patients and families, and prepare patient records. Work flexible hours across multiple locations as needed for staffing shortages, FMLA, or vacation coverage. Obtain patient demographics and maintain strict confidentiality during check-in procedures.
