Job Summary
Provide direct, outpatient substance use treatment as a full-time, bilingual CADC in North Carolina. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive substance use assessments, assigning diagnoses, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group evidence-based treatment, facilitating substance use groups (evenings), and supporting prevention activities. The role requires licensure in NC (LCAS or CADC) and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; preferred dual-diagnosis training and related licensure. Work options include remote presence with residence in NC and in-person service at Durham or Siler City clinics at minimum once a week; remote work is available. The annual starting salary is $58,000, with benefits including health, retirement, PTO, parental leave, and professional development stipends. Essential functions include documenting notes, coordinating with the substance use program, and engaging in organizational activities and community events.
Required Qualifications
- LCAS or CADC valid license to treat substance use disorders in North Carolina
