Bilingual Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)

Provide direct, outpatient substance use treatment as a full-time, bilingual CADC in North Carolina. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive substance use assessments, assigning diagnoses, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group evidence-based treatment, facilitating substance use groups (evenings), and supporting prevention activities. The role requires licensure in NC (LCAS or CADC) and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; preferred dual-diagnosis training and related licensure. Work options include remote presence with residence in NC and in-person service at Durham or Siler City clinics at minimum once a week; remote work is available. The annual starting salary is $58,000, with benefits including health, retirement, PTO, parental leave, and professional development stipends.
