Bilingual Centralized Leave Management Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate centralized leave management for clients from Dallas or Kansas City. Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding Leave of Absence claims, facilitate ADA leave from request to return to work, ensure compliance with policies for leave/ADA, review medical documentation for eligibility, collaborate with HR, legal counsel, and stakeholders on complex ADA cases, and identify/implement reasonable accommodations while maintaining confidential records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in leave of absence administration and disability programs in large organization (preferably multi-unit)
- CLMS certification preferred but not required
- Obtain state-specific life/health insurance agent’s license within three months
- Up-to-date knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related laws
- Understand leaves of absence, disability, COBRA, and state laws
