Bilingual Caseworker

Job Summary
Bilingual Caseworker responsible for managing assigned projects and/or cases, providing telephone support within call-center programs for patients, healthcare professionals and funding bodies, and administering case-management protocols with clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring and adverse event reporting. Engages with primary healthcare providers and conducts outreach in pharmaceutical/biotechnology program activities, with outbound calls and systematic documentation in program databases. Participates in ongoing training, shadowing, and knowledge sharing with managers and colleagues, and may assist in training new caseworkers. Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset; strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required or preferred. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, reporting adverse events, and supporting access/funding programs across healthcare networks. Required Qualifications
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service
- Bilingual (French/ English) an asset
