Job Summary
Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement by maintaining organized case files, gathering medical records, and coordinating medical treatment. Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers while assisting with drafting legal documents and handling property damage claims and lien negotiations. Monitor case progress to ensure deadlines and follow-ups are completed timely, working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution. Provide compassionate client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
- Proficient with standard office and productivity software
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
- Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
