Job Summary
Provide daily routine care based on the Plan of Care, including cleaning housekeeping, engaging clients in socialization, and transporting them to approved appointments. Assist with meal preparation, document tasks in WellSky, and ensure all Universal Precautions are observed. Maintain professionalism through timely clock-in/clock-out and clear communication with clients and management. Candidates must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and one year of caregiving experience. Required Qualifications
- minimum of one-year experience care giving
- excellent communication skills
- personal care experience with seniors
- heart for working with seniors
- State certification and license in good standing, if applicable
- High school diploma or GED

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
