Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care enhancing the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities, including companionship, assistance with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders. Support male clients with dementia and behavioral care needs during Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning shifts, approximately 20 hours per week. Maintain Spanish/English bilingual communication to best support client needs. Competitive pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.25 per hour, with raises after 60 days and annual reviews. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Experience with dementia and behavioral care
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred to best support the client's communication needs
- Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
