Job Summary
Greeting customers entering the Career Resource Center (CRC) with a positive, engaging presence; delivering front-desk customer service and guiding customers to appropriate departments or resources; assisting first-time PA CareerLink registrations; monitoring customer progress and helping users effectively utilize CRC tools; recommending computer-based applications to meet employment goals; maintaining daily participation logs and submitting activity reports; informing customers about workshops and services including literacy, WIOA benefits, and the Welcome to PA CareerLink workshop; organizing CRC space and ensuring availability of documents and equipment; maintaining order and safety, and de-escalating emotional situations; supporting Customer Experience Team and attending required meetings; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with English/Spanish speakers; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Human Services or a minimum of three years of related work experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
