Job Summary
Bilingual Care Coordinator role (Client Support Specialist) in Goodyear, AZ. 100% in-office; full-time schedule with rotating shifts (early to late hours and weekends) across 7:00am–8:10pm. You will be the first point of contact for new client intakes, pair clients with the best-fitting mental health provider, educate clients on insurance, authorizations, and provider policies, and enter client data while aiming to meet personal and team goals. The role requires 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, resilience in handling emotionally challenging conversations, a growth mindset, and a passion for improving access to mental health care. In-depth training is provided; prior medical or insurance experience is not required.
