Bilingual Call Centre Agent

Job Summary
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email, providing support related to Brink's products and services. Troubleshoot technical issues impacting customers and crew members by following established processes to diagnose problems and identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and generate and distribute operational reports throughout the day. Support ad hoc projects and serve as a key contact for customer communications while delivering a professional, positive, and efficient customer experience. This bilingual role requires flexibility for weekday and weekend coverage, including shifts from 08:00 AM to 07:00 AM. Required Qualifications
- Availability for both weekday and weekend coverage
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in: Call Centre environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in: Customer Service roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in: Help Desk or Technical Support positions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt between: Technical support inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt between: Billing-related concerns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt between: Phone and email communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
