Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently across phone, email, and chat channels. Accurately document member interactions and maintain thorough records in the system while utilizing critical thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges. Work collaboratively with the Member Services team to provide empathetic, solutions-oriented assistance that ensures high member satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to offer accurate information. This full-time, hourly role requires availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Realm Health serves the trucking and logistics industry with a mission to deliver affordable healthcare to professional drivers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
