Job Summary

Bilingual Call Center Representative / Member Liaison to manage a caseload of pending Social Security applications, serving as a bridge between members and government agencies. Conduct outreach via phone calls and letters, obtain status updates, advocate for expedited decisions, educate and counsel members on the Social Security process, maintain demographic and case information in a proprietary database, prepare documentation for appeals, participate in training and continuous-improvement initiatives, and support team projects. Requires strong written/verbal communication, familiarity with medical terminology/health insurance (preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems, and the ability to handle high call volumes with flexibility in hours (Remote or Hybrid options available).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare.
