Job Summary
Identify member financial needs and offer solutions by cross-selling products and services. Assist members and potential members via phone, email, and chat by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing account information. Process transactions including transfers, stop payments, loan advances, and payoffs while performing required research for account corrections. This role supports Arizona Central Credit Union, ranked #2 in Arizona for 2026, by building long-term member relationships through integrity and diligence. English and Spanish language skills are required, with six months of banking or call center experience preferred.
