Maintains a warm, efficient, and courteous experience on every call, following client-specific call-handling instructions with care and consistency. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong empathy and active listening, accurate typing on calls, reliable internet and a dedicated workspace, dependable attendance for a 24/7 operation, and weekend availability. Remote-friendly setup available.
