Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home under supervision, collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, collecting data on treatment goals, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings, with flexible shifts and ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
- Bilingual capabilities or willingness to learn bilingual communication may be helpful
