Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home-based settings, delivering 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and collecting data on treatment goals. Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Part-time role with flexible shifts, primarily afternoons/evenings; training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
