Job Summary
BT/RBT provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts in Lyndhurst, NJ, with training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs; competitive pay $22–$30/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
