Job Summary
Bilingual Brand Services Manager role focused on consultative sales to franchisees in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include providing business consultation, defining growth plans with franchisees, on-site visits to support accounts, achieving sales revenue goals through new account and supply sales, coordinating account startups, documenting activity in Salesforce, supporting marketing with Google+ reviews, and collaborating with Business Development and Outside Sales. Requires native Spanish and English, strong sales experience (cold calling, lead identification, white-glove funnel), proficiency with Microsoft 365, high organization, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Compensation includes base salary in the $50k–$60k range plus uncapped commission, car allowance, and benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role at Peachtree Corners, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Native or Fluency in Spanish and English
- Must have a safe driving record
- Experience with sales, including cold calling, identifying high quality leads, and providing a white-glove sales funnel
- Technologically advanced with expertise in Microsoft 365 platform
- Must be high organized with a sense of urgency in completing processes
- Adept in conflict resolution with good problem-solving abilities
