Job Summary
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate paint products and services. Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files, and tint and mix products to customer specifications. Clean store equipment and assist in making deliveries as needed while remaining knowledgeable on available options and suggesting ways to improve sales. This bilingual role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
