Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business, identify prospects, and conduct joint sales calls with branch and management teams. Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations while maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client interactions. Represent the company at local networking events to strengthen brand recognition and build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Serve as the primary sales leader for the branch, collaborating with regional management to drive revenue growth and profitability. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellent customer service while providing guidance, training, and coaching to team members. Fluent Spanish and English speakers are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must Be Able To Speak, Read, And Write Fluent Spanish And English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
