Job Summary
Lead branch performance by driving revenue, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch members. Achieve sales targets and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and a branded sales process. Grow branch revenue via acquisition and share-of-wallet growth for consumer and business households. Coach staff to confidently engage in technology-enabled interactions and deliver differentiated client experiences. Manage operational, human capital, and reputational risks while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Required Qualifications
- Notary Public license
- 3+ years of related experience
- Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state
