Bilingual Branch Collections Specialist

Contact customers in person to help them succeed in resolving financial obligations by arranging repayment or settlement of account balances. Focus on existing customers with long-term relationships, prioritizing high-volume collections activities to achieve delinquency goals. Work with clients in a consultative manner, negotiating terms including loan renewals to resolve account matters and overcome objections. Maintain excellent customer service while managing multiple responsibilities to resolve customer delinquencies. This role supports OneMain's mission of providing responsible access to credit for nonprime customers across over 1,300 community branches, helping millions solve critical financial needs including debt consolidation and extending household budgets.
