Job Summary
Bilingual Behavioral Technician providing non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), using redirection strategies for behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes per guidelines, responding to crises with de-escalation and safety strategies, engaging clients in growth activities, attending case reviews and trainings, and following agency protocols. Requires Spanish-speaking ability, NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months, pursuit of RBT certification within 6 months, valid NJ driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen. Offers evenings, part-time hours (5–20 hours/week, 2–4 hour shifts), with a $300 sign-on bonus for Cumberland County location as stated. Required Qualifications

- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required
