Bilingual Behavioral Technician (Union County) – $300 Sign-on Bonus

Provide non-physical, emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center settings. Responsibilities include implementing strategies from each child’s Individual Support Plan, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), using redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes promptly, responding to crises with de-escalation and safety procedures, engaging clients in growth-oriented activities, attending case reviews and required trainings, and following all agency protocols. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship, obtain NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months, pursue RBT certification within 6 months (or meet equivalent experience/education pathways), maintain a valid NJ driver’s license, and pass background checks and a drug screen. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged.
