Job Summary
Bilingual Behavioral Technician – provide non-physical, emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Responsibilities include implementing strategies from each child’s Individual Support Plan, conducting ADLs, using redirection to manage behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes, responding to crises with de-escalation and safety strategies, engaging clients in activities to support growth, attending case reviews and required trainings, and following agency protocols. Requirements include NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months, pursuing RBT certification within 6 months, valid NJ driver's license, background checks, and a post-offer drug screen. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged. Roles involve evening hours with 5–20 hours per week and potential Cumberland County placement. Required Qualifications

- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment drug screen required
