Bilingual Behavioral Technician (Essex County) – $300 Sign-on Bonus

Provide non-physical, emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Role includes implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), using redirection strategies for behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes, and engaging families through case reviews and trainings. Requires bilingual Spanish-speaking ability, authorization to work in the U.S., and pursuing RBT certification; positions involve evenings with 5–20 hours per week and a focus on client safety, engagement, and emotional well-being. Training and compliance with agency protocols and terminology are emphasized, along with driver’s license and background checks. Sign-on bonus of $300 is offered contingent on ongoing eligibility and performance.
