Job Summary
Bilingual Behavioral Technician provides non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center settings. Roles emphasize administrative responsibilities, family collaboration, and adherence to Individual Support Plans, with evening, part-time shifts (typically 5–20 hours per week, 2–4 hour shifts). Responsibilities include implementing ISPs, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), applying redirection strategies, submitting timely visit notes, responding to crises with de-escalation, engaging clients in development activities, participating in case reviews and trainings, and following agency protocols. Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship, pursue NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months, work toward RBT certification within 6 months, hold a New Jersey driver’s license, and pass background checks; bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged.
Required Qualifications

- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Active New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment drug screen required
