Job Summary
Bilingual Behavioral Technician needed to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center settings in Cape May County, NJ. Responsibilities include non-physical emotional and behavioral support, safety and well-being oversight, implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs assessments, redirection strategies for behavior, prompt visit-note submission, crisis response and de-escalation, client engagement activities, attendance at case reviews and trainings, and adherence to agency protocols. Requires NJ-CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months and pursuit of RBT certification within 6 months; Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged. Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship; valid NJ driver’s license and background checks required. Sign-on bonus ($300) offered; full-time role with opportunities for growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months
- RBT certification pathway or equivalent supervised experience
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Background checks satisfactory
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) encouraged
