Bilingual Behavioral Assistant (Hudson County)

Provide home and community-based behavioral health support to youth and caregivers, implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed therapist, and deliver services using evidence-based interventions and positive reinforcement. Assist with caregiver/staff training, collect and report progress (including graphs when required), submit accurate weekly clinical progress notes within 24 hours of service, and participate in required training while maintaining agency policy compliance. Roles include recognizing, preventing, and intervening in crises; requires independence and collaboration, strong active listening and communication skills, reliability, and organizational abilities. Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire; hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work; 2–4 years of relevant experience; valid NJ Driver’s License; be able to pass background checks and a drug screen.
