Job Summary
Provide BCBA services including intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and design of individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to each learner. Supervise and train ABA technicians, model and monitor progress of plans, and collaborate with families to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations. Co-treat with dually certified SLP-BCBAs; participate in collaboration sessions, and engage in a strong RBT training program. Work with trauma-informed, assent-based approaches, and benefit from mentorship, ongoing training, and CE reimbursement. Flexible schedules including work-from-home days and consistent caseloads are offered; centers emphasize naturalistic teaching and ethical care. Qualifications include an active BCBA credential, state licensure eligibility, and ability to supervise RBTs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
