Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, online, and via phone to identify needs and present suitable vehicle options. Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right car, truck, or SUV, then present features, financing options, and trim levels. Facilitate the full sales cycle including test drives, pricing discussions, and closing while building relationships for repeat business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM products and use CRM systems to track leads and activities. Collaborate with F&I Managers on financing and support vehicle deliveries, marketing initiatives, and ongoing training. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a commission-based or target-driven role such as automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- A Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
