Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an IT helpdesk, customer support desk, IT helpdesk support, or bilingual IT helpdesk role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience coordinating with field technicians, service vendors, and internal operations teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to assignment of duties and manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends
