Job Summary
Bilingual ATM Helpdesk Representative responsible for monitoring ATMs, dispatching service companies and technicians, opening tickets for on-site troubleshooting, coordinating with field technicians and vendors, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, IT helpdesk experience, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an IT helpdesk, customer support desk, IT helpdesk support, or bilingual IT helpdesk role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience coordinating with field technicians, service vendors, and internal operations teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to assignment of duties and manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Available to work some evenings and weekends
