Job Summary
Champion client-focused culture to develop trade and working capital solutions that enhance relationships and leverage stakeholder networks. Identify market trends to drive new opportunities, prepare client pitches, and structure complex transactions while conducting risk assessments and credit presentations. Lead end-to-end product onboarding by coordinating with Coverage, Risk, and Operations teams to close deals and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Review terms and documentation with Legal Counsel to mitigate risks within the bank's appetite. This one-year contract position supports GTB's business goals by retaining profitability and streamlining payments for corporate clients across the Americas.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills in French & English
- 3-5 years of relevant commercial banking experience
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
- Demonstrated a history of successful business development activity with complex clients
- Excellent communication skills with a track record in building relationships with clients and prospects
- Proven negotiation and active listening skills
- Critical and strategic thinking
- Concern and regard for managing operational and enterprise risk
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a proven top individual contributor
- Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and structuring is essential
- Experience in contract negotiations with both clients and legal counsel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- This would be a one year contract position
