Bilingual Assistant Teacher needed to support Lead Teacher in a Spanish-immersion preschool. Responsibilities include creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences; proactively assisting with daily routines and classroom needs; building positive relationships with children, families, and team members; encouraging open communication with families to support each child’s development; maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom; collaborating with the teaching team to support children socially, emotionally, and academically; and performing additional duties as requested by school leadership. Must be fluent in Spanish and English, have a High School diploma or GED, and relevant preschool experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA certification, with 5–10 years of licensed childcare experience or 2–3 years in a Montessori environment. Location is Houston, TX; in-person role with paid training and opportunities for advancement.
