Job Summary
Deliver critical lending operations processes including loan administration, servicing activities, and transaction verification using MCF or similar tools. Process service requests and payments while reconciling documentation to ensure accuracy and meet strict service level agreements. Provide guidance to junior staff on regulatory requirements and resolve standard issues, escalating non-routine matters to senior managers. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows, implement continuous improvement projects, and support change management initiatives. Execute work independently while applying the Risk Management Framework to protect assets and adhere to policies.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology – In-depth
- Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes and controls – In-depth
- Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business – In-depth
- Prioritization skills – Good
- PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – In-depth
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth
- Collaboration & team skills - In-depth
- Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth
- Influence skills - In-depth
- You're fluent in French and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with internal audits, calibration, and transaction verification (MCF or similar tools)
