Job Summary
Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager responsible for driving revenue and branch performance through consultative sales of consumer financial products, managing the full loan lifecycle, and delivering a high-energy, service-focused customer experience. Role requires generating new and repeat business via outbound outreach, maintaining compliance in cash handling and deposits, managing delinquency, and supporting team performance. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, closing sales, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work in a Monday–Friday office-based setting with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)
- Bilingual in Spanish
