Job Summary
Generate qualified traffic through online and offline marketing, respond to leads, and schedule appointments for apartment tours. Conduct tours, convert prospects into new residents, and manage the entire leasing process from first contact through move-in. Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents while creating marketing initiatives to increase community visibility and help retain residents. This bilingual role offers a clear path to Property Management or Regional leadership within a Houston-based real estate private equity firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- 3+ years of marketing and social media experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Creativity and a strong eye for design
- The ability to connect with different audiences
