Job Summary
Welcome new associates during onboarding and training while reinforcing company policies, food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards. Monitor production areas to encourage safe work practices, answer employee questions, and direct concerns to appropriate departments. Assist with engagement activities, ensure work areas remain clean and organized, and help identify process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks as needed. This role promotes a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement within Employnet's manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, customer service, or a leadership role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
