Bilingual-Allergy Technician/ Medical Assistant/Mid Tampa

Job Summary
Allergy Technician responsibilities include interacting with patients for 20-60 minutes, following allergy protocols, educating patients on allergy testing and treatments, answering patient calls, taking patient histories, giving injections, performing allergy skin tests, obtaining authorizations, preparing exam rooms, sterilization techniques in accordance with CDC, ENTAAF and Autoclave requirements, andTravel between ENTA offices for support as needed. Requires active LPN, RN or Certified Medical Assistant licensure, minimum two years of hands-on clinical experience, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and proficiency with medical terminology and EMR. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN, RN or Certified Medical Assistant
- Minimum two-years hands-on clinical experience
- Willing to travel between locations as needed
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exhibit professionalism towards patients physicians and team members
- Computer literate for EMR
